Comfortable bed, fresh linen, and romantic arrival note with bubbles and fake rose petals. Upgrade available for quieter room. Free transport ticket provided. Competitive prices, good service, clean room, small but nice bathroom. Useful coffee machine. Great rooms and location near river. Public parking with no charge.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel on the outskirts of Hamburg. The location was perfect for us, as it was fairly close to the airport and easily accessible by taxi or public transport. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. We were impressed by the range of amenities offered, including room service, car hire, and dry cleaning. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary features like ironing facilities and air conditioning. We also loved the little touches, such as the welcome drink and the turndown service. The hotel had a beautiful garden area and a sun terrace where we could relax and enjoy the lovely weather. we were very satisfied with our experience here.
